Plainview, Minn. – Brooke Roberts has been hired to join the Minnesota Holstein Association as Marketing Manager.
In this role, Roberts will publish the Minnesota Holstein News, design advertisements and sale catalogs, provide event coverage for MHA events and maintain the website and social media accounts.
“I am beyond excited to begin this role with the Minnesota Holstein Association,” said Roberts. “I look forward to serving as editor of the Minnesota Holstein News, providing creative marketing solutions and serving the registered Holstein breeders of Minnesota.”
Roberts grew up in northeast Wisconsin on her family’s farm where they raise Hereford cattle and club lambs. She became involved in exhibiting dairy cattle at a young age; leasing and showing registered Holsteins throughout her junior career at local, state and national levels.
An avid dairy and livestock evaluator, Roberts attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and earned All-American status at the senior collegiate level in both the dairy and livestock judging arenas. A 2019 graduate of the agricultural communications and marketing program, Roberts interned with the American Hereford Association, Minnesota Beef Council and Arizona National Livestock Show during her collegiate years.
Prior to joining the MHA, Roberts worked on animal health accounts at Curious Plot, a Minneapolis-based marketing, communications, and consulting agency. In addition to serving as the MHA marketing manager, Roberts will continue to operate her photography and graphic design business – Backroad Creative.
Roberts’ first day with the MHA was November 1. Please join us in welcoming Brooke to the team!
