District 10 Holstein Show (Bagley, MN)

The District 10 Holstein Show was held on August 3rd, 2019 in Bagley, Minn. Michael Schiller was the judge for the day. Judge Schiller placed 21 heifers and 16 cows for a total of 37 head.

Junior Champion went to the first place Fall Yearling, Holmgren Contender Doris (Contender-Red), exhibited by Steve Peterson David Joos and David Lemke and Reserve Junior Champion went to the second place Fall Yearling, Nova Diamond Back Faith RC (Diamondback), exhibited by David J Kasprick And Chuck Will.

Intermediate Champion was awarded to the first place Senior Two-Year Old, Luck-E Diamond Adiza-red-ET (Diamondback), exhibited by Ryan & Amy Roller and Reserve Intermediate Champion was awarded to the first place Junior Two-Year Old, Kara-Kesh-RK Our Gem-Red-ET (Avalanche), Curtis, Evelyn & Agnes Griffin. Judge Schiller recognized the first place Senior Three-Year Old, Mursu Atwood Showtime (Atwood), exhibited Jeremy Mursu as the Honorable Mention Intermediate Champion.

Senior Champion went to the first place Aged Cow, Timbrcreek-D Atwood Tomo exhibited by Jeremy Mursu and Reserve Senior Champion went to the first place Four-Year Old, Holbric Spa Jolly-Red (Spa), exhibited by Curtis, Evelyn & Agnes Griffin. Judge Schiller gave Honorable Mention to the second place Four-Year Old, Norkval Brady Lola Rae (Brady), exhibited by Dale Rupprecht & Karen Gorentz. 

Judge Schiller named Timbrcreek-D Atwood Tomo exhibited by Jeremy T Mursu as his Grand Champion. He named LLuck-E Diamond Adiza-red-ET (Diamondback), exhibited by Ryan & Amy Roller as the Reserve Grand Champion. Holbric Spa Jolly-Red (Spa), exhibited by Curtis, Evelyn & Agnes Griffin was recognized as Honorable Mention and Best Udder. 

Premier Breeder of the show was awarded to Rolf Lake Holsteins and Premier Exhibitor was awarded to Sherdale Farms.
